These terms apply to the public website, forms, publications and pilot access to IPMC ONE.

1. Acceptance and permitted use
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and for legitimate business, research or institutional-information purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape restricted areas, bypass access controls or misuse any content or service.
2. Information and product status
Public pages describe available, pilot, research-stage, planned and source-dependent capabilities. A product description does not mean that every dataset, index, model or function is currently licensed or commercially available. Product availability is confirmed through a separate agreement.
3. No investment, legal or accounting advice
Website information is general institutional information. It is not personalised investment advice, a recommendation, an offer to buy or sell a security, legal advice, accounting advice or a guarantee of future performance.
4. Data, research and intellectual property
IPMC content, methodologies, branding and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party data remains subject to the rights and conditions of its owner. Redistribution, automated extraction or commercial reuse requires written permission.
5. Accounts and restricted services
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for activity under their account. IPMC may suspend access where security, misuse, non-payment, licensing restrictions or legal obligations require it.
6. Availability and liability
IPMC works to maintain accurate and available services but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, IPMC is not liable for decisions made solely from public information on this website.
